In Short

  • Oversee internal teams for Customer Service and Customer Experience.
  • Manage relationships with externalized Customer Service Agents.
  • Develop and improve customer service processes.
  • Analyze customer service data to identify trends.
  • Liaise with cross-functional teams to communicate customer feedback.
  • Promote a customer-centric culture within the organization.

Requirements

  • Training in Engineering, Business, or similar disciplines.
  • Experience managing Customer Service teams.
  • Strong customer orientation and problem-solving skills.
  • Analytical mindset with data utilization skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.
  • Fluency in English and Spanish.
