In Short

  • Develop and execute the company’s commercial operations strategy in alignment with overall business goals.
  • Oversee sales operations including forecasting, pipeline management, territory design, and incentive programs.
  • Lead the development of pricing, contracting, and deal governance frameworks to maximize profitability.
  • Act as a strategic partner to Sales, Marketing, Finance, Product, and Customer Success.
  • Build and optimize commercial processes, systems, and infrastructure to support rapid growth.
  • Lead and develop a high-performing commercial operations team.
  • Implement tools and analytics to improve sales productivity and effectiveness.
  • Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and ethical standards.
  • Monitor revenue performance and establish dashboards for executive reporting.
  • Mentor and coach team to strengthen commercial acumen.

Requirements

  • 15+ years of progressive experience in commercial operations, sales operations, revenue operations, or related functions.
  • 7–10 years of leadership experience managing senior-level teams.
  • Demonstrated track record of scaling commercial operations in high-growth organizations.
  • Hands-on experience with sales forecasting, pipeline management, pricing models, and contract negotiations.
  • Experience leading CRM systems and sales enablement tools implementations.
  • Background in P&L management and financial planning is appreciated.
