In Short

• Serve as data lead for the Retention Squad, identifying high-impact opportunities and risks.
• Drive decision making with data, prioritizing analyses that inform product decisions.
• Lead experimentation efforts to enhance product strategy with data insights.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to create impactful data-driven reports and dashboards.
• Work end-to-end on data transformation pipelines and actionable recommendations.
• Familiarize with the Advanced Analytics & AI team roles and responsibilities.
• Integrate with the Retention Squad to analyze product features and data pipelines.
• Identify opportunities to leverage Generative AI for team efficiency.
• Teach and inspire team members through knowledge sharing and pair programming.
• Contribute to a values-driven culture focused on people, ownership, and impact.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in Healthcare Analytics or Data Science roles.
• 5+ years of experience with data science and visualization tools (SQL, R, Python).
• Advanced understanding of data storage, ETL frameworks, and data transformation.
• Experience in building BI dashboards using tools like Looker or Tableau.
• Ability to explain technology and techniques to others.
