We’re scaling fast and we’re focused on building a strong operational foundation to support high-quality, scalable care for our members. The Director, Business Operations and Strategy, Care Enablement will play a central role in this mission. Reporting to the VP of Care Operations, this leader will drive workforce strategy, capacity planning, tooling and systems improvements, supplies operations and logistics, and experimentation around new care models. You’ll manage a small, high-performing team and serve as a key business leader helping us grow efficiently while maintaining the exceptional outcomes we’re known for.

This is an ideal role for a former startup operator, consultant, or MBA who thrives at the intersection of strategy, analytics, and execution—and who wants to apply those skills to meaningfully impact healthcare at scale.

In Short

• Lead care enablement strategy across workforce planning, panel and capacity management.
• Manage and mentor a small team of 2-3 FTEs.
• Own and evolve capacity planning models for Coaching and Clinical teams.
• Oversee care team tooling and systems.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators.
• Oversee end-to-end operations for care-related supplies.
• Design and test innovative care delivery models.
• Collaborate across Product, Data, Finance, Recruiting, and Clinical teams.
• Build business cases for investments in tooling and automation.
• Synthesize complex data into actionable recommendations.

Requirements

• 7–10+ years of experience in business operations or consulting.
• MBA or equivalent experience in strategic roles.
• Experience in fast-paced ops roles.
• Strong data fluency and comfort with forecasting models.
• Systems thinker with process architecture skills.
• Effective people leader experienced in talent development.
• Thrive in fast-moving environments.
• Desire to impact healthcare positively.
