We’re looking for a strategic and investor-savvy professional to lead Virta’s investor relations function. This is a unique opportunity to shape the external financial narrative for one of the most transformative companies in digital health. As the Vice President, Investor Relations, you’ll work directly with the CFO and executive team to build meaningful relationships with investors, communicate our performance and vision to the market, and support Virta’s growth as we scale. In Short

• Develop and execute a strategic investor relations (IR) program aligned with Virta’s financial and long-term goals.
• Serve as the primary liaison between Virta and the investment community.
• Lead the creation of investor materials such as earnings presentations and quarterly updates.
• Partner closely with Finance, Legal, and Communications on earnings preparation.
• Monitor market trends and investor sentiment to inform leadership.
• Organize and lead investor meetings and industry conferences.
• Provide feedback to executive leadership on market perceptions.
• Ensure compliance with SEC and regulatory standards.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in investor relations, finance, equity research, or investment banking.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Track record of managing investor relations for a high-growth or pre-IPO company.
• Strong knowledge of capital markets and financial modeling.
• Executive presence and comfort interfacing with senior leaders.
