• Implement an AI‑driven observability and metrics platform that automatically detects anomalies and highlights SLO risks.
• Enhance system observability, reliability, and efficiency using Python and Go.
• Build observability modules for Product Development teams.
• Improve incident readiness with better tooling and practices.
• Engage with feature development teams in capacity planning and load testing.
• Improve the velocity and quality of our developer platform and tooling.

Requirements

• Proficient in shipping backend code in production environments.
• Hands-on expertise with automation and infrastructure-as-code.
• Experience designing scalable systems with AIOps monitoring platforms.
• Applied AI fluency for observability and incident response.
• Growth mindset and ability to mentor engineers.
