• Support Sales with opportunity analyses and lead value analytics for strategic commercial engagements.
• Serve as Virta’s senior external actuarial voice in client discussions, influencing perspectives on ROI.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to design new analyses quantifying the value of Virta’s products.
• Present complex actuarial analyses clearly to diverse audiences.
• Partner with Product and Analytics leadership for rigorous methodologies.
• Identify market trends and integrate them into client-facing deliverables.
• Become fluent in Virta’s clinical outcomes and value proposition.
• Build strong relationships with Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing.
• Lead ROI methodology reviews with strategic clients.
• Ensure consistent methodologies while tailoring narratives to commercial audiences.

Requirements

• ASA or FSA designation, or equivalent actuarial credentials.
• 10+ years of experience in healthcare actuarial work.
• Success in building and defending opportunity analyses and ROI models.
• Exceptional communication skills for influencing stakeholders.
• Experience influencing commercial strategy through actuarial insights.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong proficiency with Excel and actuarial modeling tools.
