Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in customer or growth marketing, preferably in healthcare.
• Strong project management and prioritization skills.
• Excellent communication, influence, and negotiation skills.
• Data-driven and analytical mindset.
• Ability to simplify complexity and scale impact.
