• High level of visual taste, creativity, and initiative.
• Understanding of dynamics, composition, rhythm, and timing.
• Attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
• Ownership approach to creating creatives and responsibility for results.
• Interest in trends in mobile game creatives and active participation in ideation.
• Skills in working with AI tools and integrating them into workflows.
