Graphic & Motion Designer - Performance Marketing - Remote

Overview

For our client, an internationally active company in the field of weather forecasting, we are looking for you as a Graphic & Motion Designer – Performance Marketing in full or part-time. In a dynamic environment, you will develop creative advertising materials and contribute to the successful implementation of innovative campaigns.

In Short

• Development and design of creatives (graphics, videos, animations) for advertising networks and the app store
• Ensuring that all advertising materials meet the technical and creative requirements of the respective channels
• Optimization of existing creatives through continuous testing and iterations
• Development of creative campaign ideas in close collaboration with the marketing team
• Participation in cross-departmental projects to further develop the marketing strategy

Requirements

• Completed design/graphic studies or comparable training
• Solid experience in app marketing and digital design, especially in creating creatives for Google Ads, Meta, App Store
• Proficient use of Adobe Creative Cloud, especially After Effects and Premiere
• Good understanding of data-driven marketing and social advertising
• Experience in dynamic work processes (e.g., agencies, startups) and motivation to work long-term on a product
