Requirements

• 2+ years of experience leading a development team.
• 5+ years of experience in software development, SaaS experience preferred.
• Proven track record of delivering solutions to complex problems.
• Experience in hiring, onboarding, and managing developers.
• Strong mentoring skills to develop team members.
• Experience fostering a culture of safety, inclusion, and belonging.
• Ability to navigate technical conversations and support team decision-making.
• Interest or experience in Artificial Intelligence is a plus.
