Part-Time Proposal Writer - Remote

Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented, flexible Part-Time Proposal Writer to support Viderity’s business development and capture teams. This role is ideal for someone who has been writing federal proposals for years and enjoys both the creative and compliance aspects of federal contracting.

In Short

• Lead the full lifecycle of proposal development.
• Proficiently use AI to create first-pass material.
• Collaborate to translate information into compelling narratives.
• Manage proposal schedules, assignments, and deadlines.
• Draft and edit technical and management sections.
• Ensure compliance with RFP/RFI requirements and brand standards.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience writing federal proposals.
• Adept at writing about IT and creative services.
• Familiarity with FAR/DFAR requirements.
• Strong writing, editing, and project management skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work independently under tight deadlines.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.
• Experience with CRMs and Deltek GovWin is a plus.
