In Short

• Provide virtual Medical Nutrition Therapy and Diabetes Self Management Education.
• Manage a panel of clients with chronic cardiometabolic conditions.
• Communicate with clients via video calls, telephone, and messaging.
• Utilize Motivational Interviewing Techniques for behavior change.
• Collaborate with other providers for coordinated care.
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA guidelines.
• Document hours and client interactions appropriately.
• Stay updated on training and compliance requirements.
• Meet quality metrics and efficiency benchmarks.
• Work within Vida's curriculum and clinical guidelines.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Advanced Degree in dietetics or related field.
• Registered Dietitian credentials from the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics.
• Tennessee state licensure as a Dietitian.
• 3 years of experience in a clinical or community setting.
• Certification as a Diabetes Care and Education Specialist is a plus.
• Obesity and Weight Management Certification is a plus.
• Spanish fluency is a plus.
