Overview

Foodsmart is seeking Registered Dietitians (RDs) with active certification in WA to support the comprehensive nutrition care mission of Foodsmart Nutrition Network, which is grounded in removing the financial barriers in accessing and affording healthy food.

In Short

• Provide individualized medical nutrition therapy (MNT) via remote sessions.
• Support patients in accessing SNAP benefits and using Foodsmart's digital platform.
• Document care in electronic medical record according to Nutrition Care Process.
• Manage a panel of clients/patients with chronic health conditions.
• Communicate effectively with clients through HIPAA-compliant video calls.
• Develop lasting relationships with patients for sustainable behavior change.
• Work in a start-up environment, providing feedback to improve workflows.
• Motivate patients to continue their care journey.
• Proactive in advocating for customers.
• High patient satisfaction score required.

Requirements

• Active credentialing as a Registered Dietitian by the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR).
• Active WA certification; willingness to obtain more licenses in high demand states.
• Ability to work in the U.S.
• High speed internet and a smart phone.
