Client Success Strategy and Operations Director - Remote

Overview

The Director of Client Success Strategy and Operations will play an integral role in understanding the needs and priorities of Vida’s clients, developing strategies and solutions to address process standardization and automation.

In Short

• Develop and own standard processes for health plan and pharmacy benefit partner integration.
• Manage partner performance and execution dashboard.
• Evaluate and monitor processes to solve gaps and adapt to evolving markets.
• Act as a subject matter expert and respond to RFP/RFI.
• Lead business readiness and process initiatives.
• Present analysis and make strategic recommendations.
• Work with internal/external partners and customers.
• Must thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
• Requires strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Fluency in PowerPoint and Excel is necessary.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in healthcare strategy and operations.
• Bachelor’s Degree at minimum.
• Knowledge of medical and pharmacy benefits processes.
• Ability to develop operational readiness plans.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Self-starter with an ownership mentality.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Must be comfortable with navigating ambiguity.
