Overview

The Virtual Care Technician will act as the direct contact for clients seeking advice and guidance through the “live chat” function within the myVCA mobile application, providing an excellent experience and sound medical guidance.

• Act as a direct contact for clients via live chat.

Requirements

• Current unrestricted veterinary technician license.
• At least 3 years of experience in a clinical setting.
• Strong written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and make decisions.
• Comfort with technology and chat messaging.
• Passion for quality medical outcomes and client service.
• Self-discipline and accountability.
• Availability to work 20-40 hours per week.
• Comfort with autonomy in a remote setting.
