This position focuses on helping entrepreneurs reclaim their time through better leadership. It is an invitation to initiate real change rather than a traditional sales role.

• Conduct exploratory conversations with business leaders (outbound or follow-up).
• Collaborate with the founder to develop the conversation guide (no fixed scripts).
• Analyze what works and what doesn’t in conversations.
• Assist in building a scalable sales process that is both human and effective.

Requirements

• Good sense for people, conversation management, and entrepreneurial challenges.
• Ideally experience in a consulting or sales-related field (not mandatory).
• Enjoy thinking critically rather than just executing.
• Ability to listen, ask questions, and draw out the true motivation of your counterpart.
• Interest in topics such as leadership, team dynamics, and personal development.
