Overview

We are urgently seeking a dynamic and driven Sales Consultant to join our remote team, specializing in property surveying and construction services. This role is critical in managing inbound enquiries, delivering accurate quotations, and guiding clients through our service offerings.

In Short

  • Respond promptly to inbound enquiries, delivering detailed and accurate quotations tailored to client needs.
  • Proactively engage with clients via email and phone to discuss requirements, clarify service details, and address any questions.
  • Provide sample reports and relevant documentation to help clients understand our services.
  • Guide clients through the booking process, ensuring a seamless and professional experience.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client requirements are met effectively and efficiently.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry standards and company services to offer informed advice to clients.
  • Consistently drive sales performance, focusing on achieving and exceeding targets.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in sales, preferably within the surveying or construction sectors.
  • Proven track record of converting enquiries into sales.
  • Strong understanding of surveying services, including valuations, homebuyer surveys, and quantity surveying.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex information clearly.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
  • Reliable internet connection and access to a personal laptop.
