Performance & Funnel Operator - Remote

Overview

We are building the leading system for digital property owner contacts in the real estate sector at VIAMA ObjektPartner. The demand is there. The ads generate leads. Now we need you:

A Performance & Funnel Operator who executes.

You ensure that our campaigns run smoothly, our funnels are established, and our system scales – with you in the center.

In Short

• Set up Meta Ads according to templates (lead forms, funnels, retargeting, etc.)
• Maintain target groups, lookalikes, pixels, conversions, and tracking
• Work with Canva, Instapage, Google Sheets, and more
• Adjust funnels (design, headlines, UTM, forms) as planned
• Document your work in a structured and reliable manner
• Work closely with the founder – no customer communication, no meaningless meetings

Requirements

• Experience in Meta Business Manager (no theorists)
• Understanding of tracking, UTM parameters, lookalike audiences & CPAs
• Detail-oriented, pragmatic, and hands-on work style
• No need for big strategic debates, just want to deliver
• Ability to work remotely and implement independently
