Senior Pega Developer - Remote

Overview

VetsEZ is seeking a motivated Senior Pega Developer to join our team. In this role, you will develop and maintain applications on the Pega platform, collaborating with business analysts and developers to design and implement solutions. Proficiency in front- and back-end programming (Java, JavaScript) and experience with relational databases like Oracle or MySQL are essential.

In Short

• Develop software using the Pega platform to support a large-scale IT system.
• Complete Pega development stories and tasks within each sprint.
• Collaborate with solution architects and Business Analysts for compliance.
• Provide guidance to junior developers through training and code reviews.
• Support continuous integration by writing code/scripts and maintaining deployment infrastructure.
• Test, debug, and monitor application performance using Pega’s tools.
• Ensure compliance with government policies and accessibility requirements.
• Take on additional tasks as needed for project success.

Requirements

• Advanced degree in Engineering or related field with 7 years of Pega development experience.
• Minimum of 3 years of Java development experience.
• Lead System Architect (LSA) certification preferred.
• Deep understanding of Pega architecture and integrations.
• Experience designing process-based solutions with Pega rules.
• Excellent communication skills for stakeholder engagement.
