Overview

As an Accounts Receivable & Revenue Operations Specialist, you’ll work as part of our client’s team, providing financial support to their standout startup clients. You’ll take full ownership of their revenue cycle and ensure smooth financial operations from quote to cash.

In Short

• Manage end-to-end revenue operations from generating quotes and invoices to tracking receivables.
• Own client accounts receivable: reconcile discrepancies and improve collection timelines.
• Collaborate with the accounting team for accurate revenue reporting.
• Optimize platforms critical to the revenue cycle, especially QuickBooks Online and Stripe.
• Implement scalable process improvements for smoother workflows.
• Communicate professionally with clients regarding billing and payment statuses.

Requirements

• 1–3+ years of experience in accounting roles focused on Accounts Receivable and Revenue Operations.
• Proven experience managing the full revenue cycle.
• Familiarity with startup accounting practices.
• Strong proficiency with QuickBooks Online and Stripe.
• Bonus: familiarity with Slack, Google Drive, and other financial tools.
• Fluency in English and exceptional communication skills.
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently.
• Attention to detail and high integrity.
• Ability to shift between independent tasks and team collaboration.
• General awareness of AI in accounting (a plus).
