Overview

The Customer Service Resolution Specialist at Vestiaire Collective is responsible for managing complex customer inquiries and ensuring a high level of satisfaction while promoting the values of luxury fashion.

In Short

  • Handle complex level 3 customer requests via phone and messaging.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Work onsite in Paris 3 days a week and remotely 2 days.
  • Participate in a 3-week onsite training period.
  • Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to meet customer needs.
  • Proactively communicate issues to improve service.
  • Maintain solid relationships with customers.
  • Adapt to peaks in activity with flexibility.
  • Passionate about fashion and customer service.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience in Customer Service.
  • Strong understanding of customer expectations in luxury fashion.
  • Experience in the fashion industry is a plus.
  • Perfect command of English; French or German is required.
  • Additional languages are a plus.
  • Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills.
  • Resourceful and adaptable to changing circumstances.
  • Strong organizational and rigorous work ethic.
