Digital Ads Specialist - Remote

Overview

We’re looking for a Digital Ads Specialist who’s eager to learn, grow, and contribute to the success of our clients through smart and strategic advertising.

In Short

• Develop, launch, and optimize paid ad campaigns on Google, Meta, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
• Conduct marketing research including audience targeting, competitor analysis, and pricing strategies.
• Define, measure, and report on paid media KPIs.
• Manage ad budgets for assigned clients and scale campaigns to maximize ROI.
• Monitor traffic and conversions using Google Analytics, Google Ads Manager, and tracking pixels.
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop creative assets for campaigns.
• Brainstorm, test, and implement conversion strategies.
• Deliver excellent client service and communicate campaign results.
• Stay current on platform updates and industry best practices.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience running digital ad campaigns (agency experience preferred).
• Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
• Google Ads and Meta Ads certifications (or willingness to complete them with our support).
• Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills.
• A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with attention to detail.
