Senior Service Designer & Change Lead - Remote

Overview

We are looking for a strategic, systems-minded Service Designer & Change Lead to join our growing design capability at Version 1. This role involves shaping end-to-end services that are accessible and efficient while leading organizational and cultural transformation to ensure successful adoption and sustainable change.

Requirements

• Expertise in service design and ability to simplify complexity.
• Experience in change management methodologies like ADKAR and Kotter's 8-Step Process.
• Strong communication skills to adapt information for different audiences.
• Knowledge of progressive organizational models and how to apply them.
• Experience working in agile, multidisciplinary teams.
• Ability to facilitate workshops and navigate stakeholder dynamics.
• Technical skills in performance data interpretation and visualization.
• Experience with AI implementation and governance.
• Ability to design tailored change strategies and communications.
• Experience with digital transformation programs.
