Senior Service Designer - Remote

Overview

We are seeking an experienced Service Designer to collaborate closely with our multidisciplinary teams to architect and deliver cutting-edge digital solutions tailored to our clients' unique needs.

In Short

• Conduct research to understand user needs, pain points, and behaviors related to the service.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define service objectives and requirements.
• Create service blueprints, user journey maps, and other design artifacts.
• Prototype and iterate service solutions using design tools.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to implement service enhancements.
• Advocate for user-centered design principles throughout the project lifecycle.
• Shape and lead analysis as part of multi-disciplinary teams.
• Experience in delivering Digital products and projects in the Public Sector.
• Select appropriate business modelling techniques for effective communication.

Requirements

• Experience in Service Design and User Research.
• Proficient in design tools and techniques.
• Strong collaboration skills with cross-functional teams.
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies.
• Experience with GDS in the Public Sector.
