Overview

This role involves providing functional support for Oracle E-Business Suite Financials, focusing on enhancing client business processes and resolving application issues.

In Short

• Provide day-to-day application support for clients.
• Utilize knowledge of Financials business environment.
• Resolve support issues and improve Oracle Financial modules.
• Gather requirements and create documentation.
• Work with technical consultants to deliver client needs.
• Liaise with clients for change requests management.
• Assist with client transitions post-implementation.
• Identify and address persistent problems.
• Provide end-user training and create test plans.
• Assist with risk and change management on projects.

Requirements

• Experience as an Oracle application support analyst.
• Experience in Oracle E-Business Suite implementations/upgrades.
• Knowledge of General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable.
• Experience with ITIL processes.
• Familiarity with defect tracking systems.
