In Short

• Provide day-to-day application support for clients.
• Translate SCM business processes into system solutions.
• Resolve support issues and improve functionality for Oracle Fusion SCM modules.
• Gather requirements and document business changes.
• Work with technical consultants to deliver client requirements.
• Liaise with clients to manage requests for change.
• Assist with client transitions post-implementation.
• Provide end-user training on application functionality.
• Support Cloud Quarterly Releases and create test plans.
• Assist with risk and change management on projects.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in application support.
• Experience with Oracle implementations and/or upgrades.
• Familiarity with SCM modules like Self Service Procurement, Purchasing, and Sourcing.
• Ability to translate business requirements into functional solutions.
• Knowledge of ITIL processes.
• Experience with defect tracking systems.
