QA Automation Tester - Remote

Overview

Veriday Inc is seeking a QA Automation Tester with exposure to automation testing on Agile Projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for writing & executing test cases, writing bug reports, and ensuring that everything works as expected before project delivery.

In Short

• Design, implement, and maintain automated test cases for web and API testing.
• Build and enhance scalable test automation frameworks.
• Run automated test cases and analyze test results.
• Integrate automated tests within the CI/CD pipeline.

• Perform manual testing for areas not covered by automation.
• Create and manage test data and test environments.
• Develop test scripts using Java and JavaScript.
• Document automated tests and processes.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years in active QA automation development.
• Proficient in automation code for Web-based applications.
• Experienced with API automation testing.
• Skilled in Load and Stress automation testing.
• Strong programming skills in Java and JavaScript.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Familiarity with Accessible web requirements including AODA and WCAG standards.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Experience with CI/CD systems.
• Knowledge of version control systems including git.
