We are looking to hire a Senior Front-End Web Specialist (Lead) to join our growing company for full-time employment. As a member of the Product team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional technical expertise, support and assistance related to our digital content management system (Digital Agent).

In Short

Collaborate with developers and QA team members on their day to day activities.
Triage and contribute in grooming of tickets.
Support team members by performing code reviews and solutioning when required.
Support team for Jenkins build and deployments to test environments.
Interact with service representatives and Ops team when triaging issues.
Problem solvers with the ability to analyze and prioritize to meet business objectives.
Collaborate with other disciplines across Customer Service, Engineering, UX, and Product to create and develop solutions.

Requirements

Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience with HTML, CSS, Bootstrap, jQuery and JavaScript in a work environment.
Minimum 2 years of experience working with React framework.
Experience with Java stack: Java, Java Spring framework, Java Spring boot is a plus.
Experience with messaging technologies like ActiveMQ or Enterprise Broker.
Nice to have: Velocity management, Liferay theme development, Vue, Next.js and Angular experience.
Minimum 1 year of experience in mentoring and managing development team members.
Familiar with WCAG standards to remediate issues that assessment tools or clients identify.
Strong troubleshooting, debugging and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively interact with clients and team members.
Proven experience in providing technical support to team members.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
