Senior Front-End Web Specialist (Lead) - Remote

Overview

We are looking to hire a Senior Front-End Web Specialist (Lead) to join our growing company for full-time employment. As a member of the Product team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional technical expertise, support and assistance related to our digital content management system (Digital Agent).

In Short

• Collaborate with developers and QA team members on their day to day activities.
• Triage and contribute in grooming of tickets.
• Support team members by performing code reviews and solutioning when required.
• Support team for Jenkins build and deployments to test environments.
• Interact with service representatives and Ops team when triaging issues.
• Problem solvers with the ability to analyze and prioritize to meet business objectives.
• Collaborate with other disciplines across Customer Service, Engineering, UX, and Product to create and develop solutions.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience with HTML, CSS, Bootstrap, jQuery and JavaScript in a work environment.
• Minimum 2 years of experience working with React framework.
• Experience with Java stack: Java, Java Spring framework, Java Spring boot is a plus.
• Experience with messaging technologies like ActiveMQ or Enterprise Broker.
• Nice to have: Velocity management, Liferay theme development, Vue, Next.js and Angular experience.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in mentoring and managing development team members.
• Familiar with WCAG standards to remediate issues that assessment tools or clients identify.
• Strong troubleshooting, debugging and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively interact with clients and team members.
• Proven experience in providing technical support to team members.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
