Overview

The Client Manager II plans, coordinates, and manages the execution of direct marketing and digital campaigns primarily customized solutions on behalf of the client and in support of client business objectives.

In Short

  • Main point of contact for client regarding project initiatives
  • Act as a consultant for development and management of programs/solutions
  • Liaison with Business Development Executive and Strategic Account team
  • Maintain documentation related to marketing and digital campaign projects
  • Liaison with Analytics and Data Services processes
  • Liaison with the Creative process for client approvals
  • Manage project process to meet client deadlines
  • Perform other duties as required

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or related field
  • 2-4 years of direct marketing account management experience
  • Working knowledge of direct marketing principles
  • Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to handle multiple projects independently
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Project Management skills with problem-solving abilities
