Overview

Vercel is seeking a highly technical and sales-oriented Pro Executive to support our Pro customers throughout their lifecycle, combining elements of various roles to enhance customer success.

• Optimize configurations for Pro customers to maximize platform benefits.
• Recommend changes for improved site performance and user experience.

• Coordinate with internal resources to support customer success.

Requirements

• Deep technical understanding of web technologies, particularly Next.js.
• 3+ years of experience in a technical, sales, or customer support role.
• Excellent communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Passion for web development and staying current with trends.
