Appodeal is looking for an Executive Producer for a Gaming business unit to plan, develop, and execute the strategy for scaling our publishing business.

• Gather and organize Product, Monetization, and UA data into a centralized system.
• Lead and manage cross-functional teams to implement data-driven strategies.
• Oversee multiple apps simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery of tasks.

Requirements

• Minimum 7 years in mobile gaming production, with at least 3 years in casual games with ad monetization.
• Strong data analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
• Excellent project management skills, with experience in tools like Jira or Trello.
• Strategic thinker with exceptional communication and leadership skills.
• Deep understanding of the casual gaming market.
• Results-oriented with a proactive attitude.
• Highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities effectively.
