Executive Producer - MTGO - Remote

Overview

The Executive Producer is responsible for leading the overall studio business and organization for Magic: The Gathering Online, reporting to the CEO.

• Responsible for the overall direction and success of the studio as a business unit
• Lead the team in establishing and guiding the long-term vision and direction of the game IP
• Own the vision for product, process, practices, people, and tools across the franchise
• Establish and drive execution of business plan for studio and franchise IP
• Scope and develop the execution plan against the vision
• Sequence and stack-rank priorities for successful execution
• Establish/refine resource plan and organizational structure
• Partner with department leaders to maintain product vision and budget
• Lead development and management of live game service and operations
• Manage studio and development teams

Requirements

• 10+ years of production, development, and product management experience on a live game
• 3+ years of leadership role within the game experience
• Must have shipped multiple successful titles
• Strong knowledge of F2P GaaS economy design
• Experience with data analytics and data-driven decision-making
• Familiarity with A/B testing frameworks
• Market and consumer awareness and analysis
• Highly process-driven expert in SDLC
• A passion for driving day-to-day decisions while maintaining high-level vision
