Executive Producer - Remote

Overview

The Executive Producer will focus on policy, regulation, and trade, working remotely as a senior member of the Speakers Team to shape world-class stages and ensure exceptional execution at Web Summit events.

• Act as the expert for content grouping in policy, regulation, and trade.
• Feed insights to senior leadership and contribute strategic ideas.
• Provide editorial guidance and support the Event Lead.
• Monitor acquisition efforts and troubleshoot challenges.
• Consistently acquire high-quality speakers for events.
• Collaborate with speakers on session topics and messaging.
• Manage rehearsals and logistics for live events.
• Attend select external events to generate leads.
• Lead by example on admin precision and data hygiene.
• Contribute fresh editorial ideas to enhance programming.

Requirements

• 4+ years in global regulation, governance, policy, innovation, and trade.
• Experience working with high-profile companies.
• Excellent editorial and writing skills.
• Ability to juggle multiple workstreams across time zones.
• Independent and highly organized.
• Fluent in English; other European languages are a plus.
• Experience with CRM and workflow tools.
• Background in content production, live events, or tech communications.
