Executive Producer - Remote

Overview

The Executive Producer will focus on policy, regulation, trade delegations, and technology in the EU and beyond, working remotely as part of the Speakers Team to shape world-class events.

In Short

• Act as the expert for content grouping (policy, regulation, trade).
• Feed insights to senior leadership and contribute strategic ideas.
• Provide editorial guidance and support the Event Lead.
• Monitor acquisition efforts and troubleshoot booking challenges.
• Build relationships with global leaders and policymakers.
• Collaborate with speakers on session topics and messaging.
• Oversee live event production and ensure smooth delivery.
• Keep internal platforms updated with accurate information.
• Attend external events to generate leads.
• Collaborate across departments and with external institutions.

Requirements

• 4+ years in global regulation, governance, and policy.
• Experience with high-profile companies and institutions.
• Excellent editorial and writing skills.
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams across time zones.
• Independent, solutions-focused, and organized.
• Fluency in English; other European languages are a plus.
• Experience with CRM and workflow tools.
• Background in content production, live events, or tech communications.
