Overview

Our client, a leading Energy Services Company is seeking an experience customer service rep to join their team, working both in the office and remotely.

In Short

Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone and email
Contact past-due customers for payment collection
Provide accurate and complete information to customers
Resolve customer complaints and follow up on solutions
Process Move In/Out Service Orders
Escalate complex issues when needed
Record customer interactions clearly in account notes
Assist with New Services, Agreements, and Security Deposit requests
Negotiate payment arrangements within company guidelines
Collaborate with departments to resolve complex issues
Maintain a professional, empathetic approach to customer service
Offer ideas for improving work processes

Requirements

2+ years of experience within the energy services industry an asset
2+ years in Customer Service/Collections
Proficient in MS Office
Strong communication and organizational skills
Self-motivated and quick to learn
Excellent interpersonal skills
High-speed home internet for telework
