CRM & Commerce Manager - Remote

Overview

The CRM & Commerce Manager is responsible for the overall technical and professional management of the velpTEC E-Commerce shop and CRM system. The role aims to build and continuously develop efficient, scalable, and data-driven digital sales and customer processes.

• Ownership of the E-Commerce shop's conception, operation, and optimization.
• Responsibility for the CRM as a central system for marketing, sales, and customer processes.
• Maintenance of data structures, pipelines, and status logics.
• Building and optimizing automated customer lifecycle processes.
• Managing interfaces between the shop, CRM, and other tools/systems.
• Creating reports and dashboards with actionable optimization measures.
• Close collaboration with marketing, sales, product, and external service providers.

Requirements

• Several years of experience in E-Commerce, CRM management, or Digital Operations.
• Strong understanding of shop systems (e.g., Shopify) and CRM tools (e.g., Zoho).
• Experience in mapping and optimizing digital sales and customer processes.
• Proficient in data handling, reporting, and analysis.
• Collaboration with development, IT, and external service providers.
• Basic knowledge of performance marketing and conversion optimization.
• Fluent in German and proficient in English.
