E-Commerce Manager - Remote

Overview

We’re looking for a strategic, customer-focused E-commerce Manager to own the performance, user experience, and growth of our Shopify-based subscription e-commerce store. This role blends website optimization, subscription management, analytics, and marketing-driven decision making — not heavy coding or development.

In Short

• Own and optimize the full customer journey across the website.
• Identify friction points and implement UX/CRO improvements.
• Manage and maintain the Shopify store.
• Handle site updates, app integrations, and promotions.
• Manage subscription architecture and retention flows.
• Monitor KPIs and create performance reports.
• Work closely with marketing, creative, and customer support.
• Communicate findings and propose solutions clearly.
• Continuously A/B test offers and messaging strategies.
• Collaborate with developers for advanced tasks.

Requirements
