Paralegal - Remote

Overview

The Paralegal will support the daily operations of the Legal department, managing various legal responsibilities including document management and litigation support.

In Short

• Support day-to-day activities of the Legal department.
• Manage corporate documentation and annual insurance process.
• Develop procedures for contract management.
• Track and review outside counsel.
• Prepare and file various legal documents.
• Assist with legal and compliance projects.
• Collaborate with Corporate Counsels on litigation issues.
• Update tracking spreadsheets for approvals and budgets.
• Manage and report risks identified in your work area.
• Other projects and duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field, or 5 years legal experience.
• Corporate paralegal or risk/legal background.
• Paralegal certificate.
• 5+ years as a paralegal in a law firm or in-house role.
• Experience in financial institutions and/or credit unions.
