Overview

The Disputes Operations Planning Analyst will provide leadership with financial and operational analysis to support dispute resolution strategies, ensuring profitability and compliance.

In Short

• Act as a liaison between Disputes leadership and Finance teams.
• Perform reconciliation of variances between projected versus actual financial performance.
• Monitor and report dispute performance against financial and operational plans.
• Develop and maintain cost models for dispute services.
• Create presentations and reports for leadership.
• Evaluate new initiatives in dispute handling.
• Partner with project sponsors to assess post-implementation results.
• Manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Provide trend and sensitivity analysis on dispute performance.
• Support dispute resolution strategies through financial modeling.

Requirements

• Five years of experience in financial planning and analysis.
• Knowledge of financial services preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to exercise discretion and good judgment.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills.
• Ability to travel as needed, less than 25%.
• Experience in project management.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Effective presentation skills.
• Proficient in financial modeling and analysis.
