Managed Services Consultant - Align - Remote

Veeva Systems is a mission-driven organization and pioneer in industry cloud, helping life sciences companies bring therapies to patients faster. We are seeking a Managed Services Consultant for our Align team to provide ongoing application administration and consulting support for customers.

In Short

• Provide ongoing consulting and expert administrative support for multiple Veeva Align clients.
• Lead territory alignment and targeting execution, including impact analysis and change management.
• Maintain accurate roster data and assignments for CRM and other systems.
• Consult on best practices tailored for each customer's Veeva Align requirements.
• Create reports and dashboards for clients.
• Triage, troubleshoot, and resolve client-reported issues.
• Develop subject matter expertise on the Life Sciences industry.
• Manage client interactions and expectations effectively.
• Contribute to internal initiatives and knowledge sharing.
• Uphold Veeva's Vision and Values.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience required.
• Ability to work remotely and independently.
• Experience with data management and process analysis.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Fluent in English.
• Legally authorized to work in the US.
