Overview

As a Design Technologist at Veeva Systems, you will bridge the gap between business objectives, exceptional user interface design, and technical excellence, contributing to the transformation of the life sciences industry.

In Short

• Own the end-to-end functional design of custom interfaces.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to define personas and Jobs-To-Be-Done (JTBD).
• Create pixel-perfect, interactive prototypes and mockups.
• Translate business needs and user feedback into UI/UX solutions.
• Co-own requirements gathering with Veeva Business Consulting.
• Assess and document technical considerations for designs.
• Deliver functional specifications for implementation.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in a design technologist or similar role.
• Experience in translating requirements into interactive UI prototypes.
• Proficient in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Experience with Figma, Sketch, and prototyping tools.
• Knowledge of design systems and component-based architecture.
• Understanding of CRM platforms or enterprise SaaS systems.
• Strong visual and interaction design sensibility.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
