Overview

As a Design Technologist / UX Engineer at Pinterest, you will drive initiatives that empower designers to build modern world-class user experiences for our Pinners and Advertisers with high productivity, performance and quality.

In Short

• Contribute to strategic technical direction for design systems’ cross-platform libraries.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years of experience as a design technologist, engineer, or UX engineer.
• Proven track record of delivering reliable technical solutions.
• Deep experience in frontend web technologies (HTML, CSS, React/TS).
• Experience in developing or leading design system initiatives.
• Ability to break down challenges into manageable decisions.
• Track record of delivering large, cross-functional projects.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Basic awareness of accessibility principles.
