In Short

• Lead a key enterprise customer in the IT Operations and implementation of Veeva Quality Cloud suite.
• Manage a multi-year, multi-phased global implementation program.
• Act as the primary customer liaison, managing communication and relationships.
• Oversee customer release management programs and IT operations.
• Analyze customer requirements to develop adoption roadmaps.
• Mentor project teams and junior consultants.
• Guide customers in adopting Quality Cloud and best practices.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in IT Project Management, Consulting, or Product Management.
• Experience leading large-scale Enterprise projects.
• Proven ability to work independently and in teams.
• Experience in project governance models for large enterprises.
• Strong technical affinity with software implementation.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Good understanding of SaaS and GxP principles.
• Ability to travel 25-50%.
• Must be legally authorized to be employed in the EU.
