• Lead the end-to-end delivery of Veeva’s Quality SaaS solutions.
• Serve as the primary liaison between Veeva and customer stakeholders.
• Facilitate agile delivery and execution of strategic roadmaps.
• Guide customers in adopting industry and Veeva best practices.
• Monitor project progress and manage risks and issues.
• Define success metrics and report on project performance.
• Foster strong relationships with customer teams.
• 8+ years of experience in software implementation.
• Strong understanding of SaaS delivery models.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in software implementation.
• Demonstrated success in technology implementations.
• Strong understanding of GxP compliance requirements.
• Exceptional communication skills.
• Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Experience in life sciences or healthcare sectors.
• Familiarity with content or data management platforms.
