The Engagement Manager will lead client engagements in the medical field, focusing on optimizing medical content operations and enhancing healthcare professional engagement.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 8+ years in management consulting or senior medical communications roles.
• 5+ years of experience in medical content processes.
• Strong advisory engagement delivery experience.
• Core management consulting skills.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.
• Ability to travel 20-40% of the time.
• Experience with content management systems, preferably Veeva Vault.
