Overview

The Account Partner – Veeva Quality Cloud is responsible for identifying, qualifying and expanding opportunities within assigned global accounts for Veeva Quality Cloud, developing relationships with stakeholders, and ensuring customer success throughout the sales cycle.

In Short

  • Identify and qualify opportunities within global accounts.
  • Develop relationships with business and IT stakeholders.
  • Oversee the full sales cycle from opportunity identification to closing deals.
  • Collaborate with a dedicated Account Team.
  • Focus on Quality solutions for customer needs.
  • Travel approximately 40% for customer meetings and events.
  • Work from home or office under flexible guidelines.
  • Ensure customer success throughout the sales process.
  • Utilize Veeva Quality Cloud to accelerate product development.
  • Engage with Product Experts and Solutions Consultants.

Requirements

  • Experience in sales or account management.
  • Strong consultative selling skills.
  • Ability to develop and maintain relationships.
  • Understanding of Quality solutions in life sciences.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Willingness to travel as required.
  • Experience with SaaS products is a plus.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of the life sciences industry.
