• Measure and enhance user experience to ensure product usability.
• Inspire a rapid iteration mindset within the design team.
• Contribute directly to key design initiatives as a hands-on leader.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in UX/Product Design, with 5+ years in a leadership role.
• Proven success in leading design for enterprise B2B software or SaaS products.
• Experience in building and implementing a unified design system.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• History of managing a distributed or remote design team.
• Expertise with modern design and prototyping tools, preferably Figma.
