Technical Writer - Remote

Overview

We are seeking a Technical Writer who will join the Corporate Technology team and help maintaining and expanding technical documentation for Veeam employees as well as department-level documentation. The Technical Writer will help different Veeam teams to quickly adapt to a fast-paced environment by creating clear and well-structured documentation.

In Short

• Create and maintain end-user documentation for Veeam employees.
• Formalize department-level documentation.
• Prepare mailings and announcements for Veeam employees.
• Participate in knowledge base structuring and standardization.
• Work closely with Senior Technical Writer and subject matter experts.
• 2+ years of experience as a technical writer in IT.
• Excellent written English and ability to organize information.
• Detail-oriented with good communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with IT concepts is a plus.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Technical Communication, Computer Science, or related field.
• Technical writing samples for review.
• Ability to write user-friendly documentation.
• Good self-organization skills.
• Ability to learn quickly.
