Content Program Manager - Remote

Overview

The Content Program Manager will drive multiple programs within the Content organization, ensuring they align with business goals. They will focus on coordinating a unified strategy across the department.

In Short

• Influences and develops guidelines, standards, and best practices for the project management team.
• Executes on roadmap based on company strategy and yearly plan of intent.
• Creates and maintains ASANA Templates and Portfolios for assigned projects/sectors.
• Interfaces with Sector Management on prioritization and course production.
• Coordinates Product Marketing requests with Content Team.
• Uses JIRA to evaluate, triage, and execute bug tickets.
• Assigns delivery dates for courses in production.
• Scopes, quotes, and manages custom projects for customers.
• Monitors the flow and quality of work across teams.
• Identifies new ways to organize and execute course production.

Requirements

• 5+ years program and management experience.
• Degree in project management or related field.
• Experience in program management of eLearning initiatives.
• Experience with Microsoft Office and project management software.
• Content development experience in a rapid development environment.
• Effective communication style at all levels.
• Fun, entrepreneurial spirit with motivation to adapt.
• Previous experience in Industrial, Architecture, Engineering and/or Construction markets is preferred.
